- Product Description
We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
- Pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
- Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 days, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout.
- Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of a wrong or defective product delivered.
- A return request must be raised within 1-2 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- No returns/exchanges for customized, used, or discounted items.
- Refunds are only issued if the exchange item is unavailable and will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Cancellations are not accepted once the order is processed or shipped.
- Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and website content are the property of The Lucky House. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
